Welcome to the official website of Angelus Outreach (“Organization,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, including any content, services, donations, purchases, or communications conducted through it.
By accessing this website or engaging with the Organization through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. ORGANIZATION STATUS AND RELIGIOUS IDENTITY
Angelus Outreach is a nonprofit religious organization organized under the laws of the State of Missouri.
The Organization is currently in the process of seeking federal tax-exempt recognition under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Until such recognition is granted, contributions to Angelus Outreach may not be tax-deductible.
Angelus Outreach is a Roman Catholic apostolate and operates in fidelity to Sacred Scripture, Sacred Tradition, and the Magisterium of the Roman Catholic Church. The Organization reserves the right to refuse participation, partnership, or engagement that is contrary to Catholic teaching.
2. USE OF WEBSITE
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with Catholic moral teaching and applicable civil law.

The Organization reserves the right to restrict or terminate access at its sole discretion.
3. DONATIONS
3.1 Charitable Contributions
Angelus Outreach may accept voluntary donations to support its religious and charitable mission.
At this time, the Organization has not yet received formal recognition as a tax-exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Accordingly, donations may not currently qualify as tax-deductible contributions.
Donors are responsible for consulting their tax advisor regarding the tax treatment of contributions.
If and when tax-exempt recognition is granted, the Organization will update its public disclosures accordingly.
3.2 Refund Policy
All donations are considered final and non-refundable unless made in processing error. Requests for correction due to clerical or transaction error must be submitted in writing within fourteen (14) days of the transaction date.
The Organization retains sole discretion in granting refunds.
3.3 Quid Pro Quo Contributions
Where goods or services are provided in exchange for a donation or payment:

The fair market value (FMV) of such goods or services will be disclosed where applicable.

The Organization makes no representation that any portion of such payment is tax-deductible.
4. FUNDRAISING SHOP & PURCHASES
Items offered through the Organization’s website or at events may be provided in exchange for a suggested donation or purchase price.
4.1 Pricing
Prices and suggested donation amounts are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Shipping & Fulfillment
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Angelus Outreach is not liable for carrier delays.
Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
4.3 Returns
Unless otherwise stated, items may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item was defective or incorrectly fulfilled.
5. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments may be processed through secure third-party providers. Angelus Outreach does not store full payment card information unless explicitly stated.
The Organization is not responsible for technical failures, security breaches, or errors attributable to third-party payment processors.

7. EVENTS AND PARTICIPATION
Participation in Angelus Outreach events, conferences, or activities is voluntary.
The Organization reserves the right to:

Remove participants for conduct inconsistent with Catholic decorum or civil law
By attending events, participants assume all personal risk.
8. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA RELEASE
By attending an Angelus Outreach event, you grant permission for photographs or video recordings in which you may appear to be used for promotional or fundraising purposes unless you notify the Organization in writing prior to the event.
9. VOLUNTEERS
Volunteer service does not create an employment relationship. Volunteers serve at their own discretion and assume personal responsibility for their conduct and safety unless otherwise specified in writing.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
This website and its contents are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Angelus Outreach disclaims all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Angelus Outreach shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or participation in activities.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid, if any, for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
12. EXTERNAL LINKS
This website may contain links to third-party websites. Angelus Outreach does not assume responsibility for external content.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Missouri courts.
